Highfield Level 1 Award in Food Safety Awareness in Catering/Retail/Manufacturing –  ½ day course

Highfield Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering/Retail/Manufacturing – 1 day course

Highfield Level 2 HACCP in Catering/Manufacturing – 1 day course

Highfield Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering/Retail/Manufacturing – 3 day course

Highfield Level 3 Supervising HACCP in Catering/Retail/Manufacturing  – 2 day course

Highfield Level 4 Managing Food Safety in Catering/Manufacturing  –   5 day course
