Food Safety Training

 

Everyone who works with food has a special responsibility for safeguarding the health of consumers and ensuring that the food they serve or sell is perfectly safe to eat.

Who needs these qualifications?
Anyone working in a catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled.

The following qualifications are available:

HABC/CIEH Level 1 Award in Food Safety Awareness in Catering/Retail/Manufacturing –  ½ day course

HABC/CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering/Retail/Manufacturing – 1 day course

HABC/CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering Refresher –  ½ day course

HABC Level 2 HACCP in Catering/Manufacturing – 1 day course

 

HABC/CIEH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering/Retail/Manufacturing – 3 day course

HABC Level 3 Supervising HACCP in Catering/Retail/Manufacturing  – 3 day course

 

HABC Level 4 Managing Food Safety in Catering/Manufacturing  –   5 day course
