Supervisory Skills Training

Following client requests we have designed a range of courses that develop the skills of those who are new to team leadership. Using the framework that was developed for each course we work closely with clients to ensure that the courses are appropriate and relevant to their culture and organisation and can provide support to each participant following the course if required.
